Jimmy Rankin is one of Canada’s finest and most popular singer songwriters. Hailing from Mabou, Cape Breton, he rose to fame as a lead singer, guitarist and songwriting lynchpin for multi-platinum Canadian Celtic-pop heroes, The Rankin Family, who sold over 2 million records and earned five Junos including the coveted “Entertainer of the Year” award.
