Amazing Tales of the Atlantic is a live radio play anthology series celebrating the unique residents of the Atlantic.On December 23rd, we’re taking a break from our regularly scheduled programming to bring you the Amazing Tales of the Atlantic Christmas Special presented by the Guild!Each holiday tale will be brought to life in the style of old time radio by our incredible cast of Island actors and comedians along with LIVE sound effects! And for some extra cheer we are bringing along a special guest or two!Our holiday tales are…The DDT Detectives – “Muscle Santa” – Crusher Kevin Cormier and Dashing David Doiron go undercover to investigate a series of thefts from a toy drive. Thefts that are allegedly being perpetrated by a holiday hating monster known as the Grabbus.The B’ylight Zone – “There Will Be Eggnog” – Alone on christmas eve, a crotchety old oil conglomerate president is visited by three chilling shades. Each shows him visions of what has been, what is, and what is yet to be. Will he change his ways and enrich the lives of those around him?Anne of the Green Planet – “Are You There Santa? It’s Me, GilBot” – It’s Christmas time on Avonlea Space Station and GilBot Blythe, a totally normal human teen boy, is shocked to learn that he is the only one who still believes in Santa.
