Membership in Theatre PEI is open to any organization in the performing arts or any person on Prince Edward Island who works in theatre.

Founding members include The Charlottetown Festival, The Guild, Harbourfront Theatre, The Island Fringe Festival, The Kings Playhouse, The River Clyde Pageant, Victoria Playhouse, Watermark Theatre, and Young at Heart.
