TD Bank and Confederation Centre of the Arts have partnered on a year-round ticket access program that offers youth 30 and under a $10 discount on theatre and concert tickets.
“We want to remind young people 30 and under that discount tickets are available for the Centre’s LIVE @ the Centre shows this fall and winter, and that this generous investment from TD allows more young people to attend performances at a discounted cost,” said Confederation Centre CEO Jessie Inman.
TD Under-30 Tickets are available for select performances from Sobeys LIVE @ THE Centre, which runs until the end of April and applies to twelve different performances this month alone. These include Dylan Menzie, Theory of a Deadman, Handel’s Messiah, and Out Innerspace Dance Company.
“TD understands that investing in the arts can give back significant returns to the communities where we live and work,” said TD Branch Manager Deborah Mercer. “That’s why we believe that supporting ticket access programs with arts organizations such as Confederation Centre will encourage young audiences to participate, and give talented emerging artists the opportunity to flourish here at home.”
TD Under-30 Tickets must be purchased in person at the Box Office and ID is required for proof of age. Individuals 30 and under are allowed one discounted ticket per person and one discounted ticket per show. This program also applies to The Charlottetown Festival.
