Banned and Beautiful Says The Guardian

The Lord Chamberlain’s Examiner declared Mrs. Warren’s Profession “immoral and otherwise improper for the stage” in 1893. It was banned in England.


This summer it is in repertory at the Watermark Theatre in North Rustico.
