Another Sketchy Christmas

Another Sketchy Xmas!

In the Awhile Ago, Charlottetown’s Sketch-22 produced the theatrical comedy A Sketchy Xmas. It was irreverent, audacious, undoubtedly a little bit sacrilegious, and hugely popular. Now, Sketch-22 alumni Rob MacDonald and Graham Putnam — along with a cast of almost two dozen — are remounting it, updated and bigger and better than ever.

Come along for this hilarious donkey ride to Bethlehem as Another Sketchy Xmas tackles the story of the birth of the baby Jesus, featuring a suspicious Joseph, a no nonsense Mary, stoner shepherds, an exhausted angel and arrogant wisemen. Meanwhile in current times, a rough and tumble Charlottetown family learns the true meaning of Christmas despite power outages, a lack of liquor, familial bickering, and the interference of their oddball boarder from Norway.

Tickets are $25! Available at the door, or in advance at The Guild Box Office, by calling 902-620-3333!
